No slide deck, no pitch. You talk about the outcome — the cost that's too high, the process that's too slow, the thing customers keep asking for — and we ask the questions that matter: where the work actually flows today, which systems hold the data, what a good quarter would look like if this were solved.

By the end of the call, you'll know whether custom software genuinely moves your number, roughly what shape it would take, and whether we're the right builder for it. If the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf tool or a process change serves you better, we say so on the call.

The Blueprint

Days, not weeks

The Blueprint turns the outcome into an engineering plan you can read: what the software will do, which systems it connects to, where the human handoffs sit, what launch looks like — and one fixed price with one delivery date attached.

This is the document that replaces the traditional agency's open-ended estimate. Scope, price, and timeline are commitments, not projections, and iteration rounds within the scope are already priced in. You can take it to your CFO without a translator.

The Build

Typically 2–8 weeks

Within the first two weeks you're looking at working software handling your real cases — not wireframes, not status reports. Every week after that, the demo shows the outcome getting closer, and your feedback lands in the next cycle.

This rhythm is what makes fixed price safe for you: there is no month-four reveal, no drift discovered too late to fix. If something looks wrong in week two, it's corrected in week three — while it's still cheap to change.

Launch & Iterate

Ongoing

Launch is deliberately boring: the software has been demoed weekly on real cases, so go-live is a cutover, not a cliff. We deploy to production, train the people who'll live in it, and document what we built — which you own outright.

Then the software starts compounding. Real usage always teaches things no plan predicted, and the improvement cycles that follow are where much of the value accrues — shipped in the same small, fast increments as the original build.

Why we can work this way

The economics of building software changed. Our model is what that makes possible.

Traditional development pricing was never really about the hard parts. Most of a project's hours — and therefore most of its cost — went to the mechanical layer: boilerplate, integration plumbing, scaffolding, and the rework cycles that follow feedback arriving months too late. The hourly model priced all of it the same and had no incentive to compress any of it.

Our engineering process is AI-native: an AI-accelerated build process refined across many production systems, which compresses that mechanical layer dramatically. What used to take a team weeks of plumbing takes days. Iteration — historically the expensive luxury — becomes cheap enough to do weekly, which is what makes the demo rhythm possible.

How fast can you deliver custom software?

Most outcomes ship in two to eight weeks from an approved Blueprint, and you see working software in the first weekly demo — typically within the first two weeks. Larger ambitions are split into increments that each ship on that rhythm, so value starts landing in weeks even when the full roadmap runs longer.

How much does custom software cost?

Every engagement is a fixed price set in the Blueprint, so you know the number before we start — there is no hourly meter. The price is driven by the outcome's scope: how many systems we integrate, how complex the rules and exceptions are, and how many people and roles the software serves. Typical engagements land well below traditional agency quotes for comparable scope, because AI-accelerated development compresses the hours the price has to carry.
