This policy describes how OutcomesBuilt ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or engage our services. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (the get-started form, the contact form, or the newsletter signup), we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, role, and the outcome or message you describe. Nothing on this site requires an account.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, used for security and to understand aggregate site usage. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate; it is cookieless and does not follow you across sites or build a profile of you as an individual.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, the primary purpose of every form on this site.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for, which you can leave with one click.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We send email through a transactional email provider acting as our processor, and host this site with a cloud hosting provider, both bound to process data only on our instructions.

Client project data

Data we access during a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement and NDA, which take precedence over this policy. Our standing practices: least-privilege access to only the systems an outcome requires, encryption in transit and at rest, and no use of client data to train any model.

Retention

Form submissions are retained as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for reasonable business records. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact us and we'll honor the request. We don't make you file paperwork to be forgotten. That includes rights under state privacy laws such as California's; and because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising, there is no "Do Not Sell" toggle you need to find.

Cookies

This site runs with minimal client-side tracking: no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and cookieless analytics. There is nothing here that requires a consent banner, and the site works identically with an ad blocker enabled.
